DIRECTIONS and PARKING
FROM FRISCO:
Take Highway 9 south toward Breckenridge.
Approx. 1/4 mile after the road becomes 4 lanes Turn Left onto Tiger Rd. There's a traffic light here.
Stay on Tiger Rd. 4.7 miles and park on the right side of the road. There is a lot of room in a grassy field and at the Winter Trailhead Parking area.
FROM BRECKENRIDGE:
Take Highway 9 north toward Frisco.
Turn right onto Tiger Rd. and follow instructions above.
Parking is available adjacent to the finish and on Tiger Road in the Winter Trailhead Parking Area.

COURSE DESCRIPTIONS and MAPS
SWAN BIG COURSE DESCRIPTION
Start on Tiger Rd. at the old townsite of Tiger...see parking and directions above.
Ride Tiger Rd. and bear right at the North Fork split, Tiger Rd becomes Middle Fork Rd. here.
Stay straight on Middle Fork Rd. ignoring right turn onto South Fork Rd. and ride 2.5 Miles to Colorado Trail.
Turn hard left onto Colorado Trail...enjoy!
Colorado Trail crosses North Fork Rd. and begins to climb.
Climb for 2 miles to top of Westridge.
Stay on Colorado Trail and descend all the way into Horseshoe Gulch.
Bear left toward Dredge boat parking area.
At Dredge boat parking area turn left onto Tiger Rd.
Ride Tiger Rd. for 1.5 miles and bear right onto old dirt road at the entrance to Browns Gulch.
Ride this two track as it parallels Tiger Rd. and leads to the start/finish.

SWAN MIDDLE COURSE DESCRIPTION
Start on Tiger Rd. at the old townsite of Tiger...see parking and directions above.
Ride Tiger Rd. and bear right at the North Fork split, Tiger Rd becomes Middle Fork Rd. here.
Stay straight on Middle Fork Rd, ignoring the South Fork Rd. on your right, and ride 2.5 Miles to Colorado Trail
Turn hard left onto Colorado Trail...enjoy!
Turn left onto North Fork Rd. DO NOT CROSS AND BEGIN CLIMBING...BAD IDEA!
Descend North Fork Rd. to intersection with Tiger Rd. Yup, you've been here before!
Turn left onto Tiger Rd./Middle Fork Rd.
As before at beginning of race stay straight on Middle Fork Rd.
Ride approx. 1.5 miles up Middle Fork Rd. and turn right across ramshackle bridge. You may skip the bridge and ride through the water if you prefer.
Climb short steep road and turn right onto South Fork Rd.
Ride South Fork Rd through old town of Parkville staying along river.
Ignore major right turn at dredge piles and stay straight. This is Rock Island Gulch Rd.
At fork make right and ride between large boulders marking private property.
This land is owned by Sam McClenaghan. Please respect this property and realize it is ours to use for THIS RACE ONLY.
Ride around boulders at opposite side of private property and continue.
Stay on this dirt road to finish at Tiger townsite.

All awards for the Swan River Rampage will be presented on site.
We're goin' old school for this one! Bring a chair to hang out by the campfire, bring some food to eat for dinner, we'll supply the beverages.
